“Music from The Elder”, the band’s ninth studio album from 1981, is released as a strictly limited and high-quality, D2C-exclusive 1LP.The newly half-speed-mastered 1LP is pressed on clear heavyweight vinyl (180g) and comes housed in a gold-laminated gatefold sleeve with embossed elements. Original song lyrics are printed on an additional inner sleeve. All individual copies are numbered and include two further inserts: a German translation of the lyrics and a double-sided depicting artwork from the Australian issue on one side and artwork from the Japanese issue on the other.A substantial departure from their previous records, “Music from The Elder” was conceived as a concept album with more orchestral elements.
