The album is a meeting of two veterans of noise music, in the form of Eric Wood's Bastard Noise and legendary Japanese composer Masami Akita, a.k.a. Merzbow. The two have previous form, having released a similar split LP in 1996 'Voice Pie/Man Is the Bastard Noise'. Wood takes side one of this project, contributing two tracks in 'This Is How Human Waste Rolls' and 'Animals Running Human Factory Farms', while Merzbow presents two movements titled 'Zoonosise'.
