In the late 90's, as the now well established Memphis Industries label was just starting up, they gave great encouragement to electronic musician Andy Dragazis who recorded under the name Blue States. A handful of well-received EPs were followed in 2000 by an LP, 'Nothing Changes Under the Sun'. Here we have a 20th anniversary pressing of the album.
