Texan instrumental prog-rock quartet Polyphia released their third studio album in 2018. Enormously complex percussion dovetails with syncopated riffing in a level of detail that most bands simply would not attempt, it was made in league with a host of hip-hop producers and guest guitarists, plus a sole vocal performance from Cuco.
