The fourth album by the Scottish alternative rock band, originally released in October 1993. It was commonly believed at the time that it was named after the song 'Thirteen' by Big Star, a band that has heavily influenced Teenage Fanclub. Features the singles 'Radio', 'Norman 3' and 'Hang On'.
