Also released under the alternative title of 'Stardust', 1960's 'Motor City Scene' was an excellent collaboration between jazz trumpeter Donald Byrd and saxophonist Pepper Adams. Backed by an exceptional band (including guitarist Kenny Burrell and bassist Paul Chambers) it contains possibly the finest-ever take on Hoagy Carmichael's 'Stardust'.
